Frequently asked questions

The short answers to what people ask most.

What is HealthVault365?

A home for your family's health records, for you and the people you look after. Upload lab results, letters, and referrals, or add entries by hand. An AI assistant reads your documents and adds the details it finds to your records. You can then search your records, see how test results change over time, and ask questions in plain language. It does not replace your doctor.

How do I get access?

HealthVault365 is available by invitation. Email support@healthvault365.com to request an invite, and we reply with an invitation. Any email address works for sign-in: we send it a one-time code.

What does it cost?

HealthVault365 is free during the beta, with every feature included. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you well in advance, and you can download your records or delete your account before anything changes.

Who can see my family's records?

You can see the records in your account, including those of family members you add. A small number of Flintarc staff can reach the systems to run the service. To read documents and answer questions, the service sends content to Microsoft Azure AI services. Microsoft may review flagged content.

How does the AI assistant work?

It answers questions using your own records and cites the sources it drew from. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, so check anything important with a doctor. It is not meant to diagnose or give medical advice. We do not use your health data to train AI models.

Where is my data stored?

On Microsoft Azure in New Zealand. Your documents and records are stored there and encrypted when stored and when sent. To read documents and answer questions, content is processed by Microsoft Azure AI services in the United States, because the AI models the service uses are not yet available in New Zealand. See the security overview for more detail.

Is my information private and secure?

Health data is encrypted, the records you add stay in your account, and we write our error and activity records to leave out health information. Read more on the security page.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Deleting your account removes your data and your sign-in account from the service. Deletion is blocked while you manage family members or while documents are still processing. Copies, including your deleted sign-in account, can remain in encrypted backups, internal processing history and our sign-in directory for up to 35 days, and are then deleted automatically.

What can I upload?

Medical documents like lab reports, imaging, pathology, referrals, consultation letters, and immunizations, and you can always add entries manually.

Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with your doctor.
