Terms of service

HealthVault365 is operated by Flintarc Limited (opens in new tab), a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429053747259 (opens in new tab)). In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “HealthVault365” refer to Flintarc Limited, and “you” refers to the person or family using the service.

HealthVault365 helps you store, organize, and access your family's health records. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you add. HealthVault365 is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice; always consult a qualified professional for clinical decisions.

You retain ownership of every record you upload. We process your content only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy, and never sell it.

The service is free during the beta, with every feature included. We will give you notice well in advance before introducing any fees, so you can download your records or delete your account before they apply.

HealthVault365 is in beta. Features can change or be withdrawn while we test them, and the service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

HealthVault365 is not a backup service or an official medical record. Keep the originals of important documents, and rely on your health provider for your official records.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to NZ$100. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other law that cannot be excluded.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We can suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or the law. If we close the service, we will give you at least 60 days' notice so you can download your records.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we publish the new version here and update its effective date.
