These terms govern your use of HealthVault365. Please read them carefully — by using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
HealthVault365 is operated by Flintarc Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429053747259). In these terms, "we", "us", and "HealthVault365" refer to Flintarc Limited, and "you" refers to the person or family using the service.
2. Using the service
HealthVault365 helps you store, organize, and access your family's health records. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you add. HealthVault365 is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice; always consult a qualified professional for clinical decisions.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of every record you upload. We process your content only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and never sell it.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep HealthVault365 available and secure, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis during its private beta. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
