HealthVault365 is operated by Flintarc Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429053747259). Flintarc Limited is responsible for the personal and health information you store in the service.
2. What we collect
We collect the account details you provide (such as your name and email), the health records and documents you upload, and basic technical data needed to operate the service securely.
3. How we use it
Your information is used to provide HealthVault365 — storing, extracting, and organizing your records so you can find them when you need them. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health records for advertising.
4. How we protect it
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted on Microsoft Azure. Access is governed by strict, per-document controls, and we apply safeguards designed around HIPAA expectations.
5. Your choices
